"Lovely break by the side of the river and gorgeous coffee, can't beat sat by a window looking out and just chilling. Ice cream is amazing (rum & raisin for me!) And wifey had rocky road cake (I might have pinched a bite ) highly recommended"

"Lovely ice cream parlour in a great location on the river front, the decor is nice and the ice cream is really tasty. The staff were really friendly and went over and above to make us feel welcome and made pleasant conversation and seemed very genuine. The only reason this is not a 5 is that the coffee was not great, I feel as though this was down to the beans that were used for both the caffinated and decaf coffee. The coffee was okay, but let it down. Would recommend this place."

"Called here yesterday on a very cold afternoon to be greeted by a charming young lady who impressed me with her friendly manner!!! I only wanted a rum & raisin ice cream but she gave service with a smile!!! Quality of Snugburys ice cream was a solid 10.!!!"

"It's probably the best ice cream in Chester. The staff are very nice and give the most generous portions of ice cream. The atmosphere inside is pretty nice although it's always very busy. The selection of flavors for the ice cream is pretty good. Definitely will try the other flavors as well. Highly recommend!"
